What materials are allowed in the dumpster?
Household clutter, furniture, renovation debris, roofing, decking, flooring and drywall. No paint, fuel, tires, batteries or freon-containing appliances. Yard waste, soil and concrete go in a separate heavy-debris container.
Which size do most homeowners go with?
The 20 yard. It handles a kitchen renovation or a whole-house cleanout, and it's the container we deliver most around Cleveland. If your project calls for less, we'll let you know and bring the 10 or 15 instead.
Will I need a permit in Cleveland?
Not if the container sits on a private driveway. If it has to go on a public street, Cleveland requires a right-of-way permit — we'll point you to exactly who to contact.
